Famiy Recipe

This is my mom`s recipe that she`d make for us on our birthday!  It`s the best!!  Good family memories with this one.

Sloppy Joes

2 1/2 lbs hamberger - cook and brown with 1/2 cup of flour

2 1/2 chopped onion

1 bay leaf

1 tsp sage

2 TBSP worcestershire sauce

1 tsp curry powder

1 375ml bottle of ketchup with equal amount of water

2 carrots, finely grated

Simmer for approximately 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

Put in hamberger buns and serve with chips.
